No-Bake Greek Yogurt Cheesecake
An easy, creamy dessert that’s lightened up and full of flavor.
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup FAGE Total 5%, at room temperature
1/2 (14 oz) condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Kiwi, sliced and quartered
- Add cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk and lemon juice to a food processor, pulse to combine well.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Spoon mixture into 8 cups and press down firmly in each cup. Top with cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and garnish with your favorite toppings.
