Jalapeno Bacon Sour Cream Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and easy to prepare, this dip will hit the spot! Made with a decadent base of FAGE Sour Cream, crispy bacon and spicy jalapenos, it doesn’t get any more delicious than this.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups FAGE Sour Cream

4-ounces package cream cheese

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped (more for garnish)

½ cup jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (more for garnish)

½ cup bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons grated lime zest

½ teaspoon garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon salt

    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
  3. Place ingredients into an oven safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is bubbling.
  4. Garnish with extra bacon, bell pepper and jalapeno. Serve immediately with crackers or vegetables.
