Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

30-35 minutes

3-pounds Yukon potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

¾ cup whole milk

¾ cup FAGE Sour Cream

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Chives (optional), chopped

  1. Fill a large pot with water and potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Then lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
  2. Drain potatoes in a colander and place into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Using a paddle, mix potatoes with milk, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper on medium speed until fluffy. Do not over-mix.
  4. Top with chives before serving.
