½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2/3 cup milk of choice
½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
3 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground cardamom
Pinch of ground clove
Garnish with FAGE Total Greek Yogurt, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
- Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and spices in a medium size bowl.
- Add oat mixture to parfait or mason jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
