Chai Latte Overnight Oats

Chai latte lovers– this recipe is for you! Get all the cozy flavor of a warm cup of chai in an easy grab-and-go breakfast. Try these creamy chai latte overnight oats with FAGE Total Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2/3 cup milk of choice

½ cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

3 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

Pinch of ground cardamom

Pinch of ground clove

 

Garnish with FAGE Total Greek Yogurt, cinnamon stick, and star anise.

    Steps
  1. Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and spices in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add oat mixture to parfait or mason jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy in the morning as is or with any additional toppings.
