Ingredients
8-ounces Fusilli pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ teaspoons garlic, finely minced
½ cup pasta water
1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, or 5%
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Toasted Italian breadcrumbs
Parsley, chopped

Steps
- In a large pot, add a heaping tablespoon of salt to the water and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until the pasta is al dente.
- Remove ½ cup of pasta water and reserve for later use. Drain the pasta.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add butter and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add pasta water and heat for an additional 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat to low and whisk in yogurt, salt, and pepper stirring constantly for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta and parmesan cheese to the pan and mix until the pasta is well coated.
- Top with toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
