Green Smoothie Bowl

Creamy, dreamy FAGE Total Greek yogurt is the base of this protein-rich smoothie bowl made with spinach, avocado and banana.

Ingredients

½ cup milk of choice

1 cup FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

1 cup spinach

½ medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

1 frozen sliced banana

½ cup ice

1 tablespoon spirulina or pea powder (optional)

Toppings:

Avocado, thinly sliced

Figs, sliced or cut into star shapes

Pomegranate seeds

Hemp seeds

    Steps
  1. Add milk, Greek yogurt, spinach, avocado, banana, ice, and spirulina powder into the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place smoothie mixture into the bowl and decorate with avocado, figs, pomegranate seeds, and hemp seeds.
