Key Lime Cheesecake Parfait

1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

½ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, or 5%

1/3 cup condensed milk

1 key lime, zested

3 tablespoons key lime juice

1 cup graham cracker, crumbled

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and beat with a handheld electric mixer until smooth. Add lime zest and juice and beat until well incorporated. Place the mixture into the fridge to firm up for up to 1 hour.
  2. In another bowl, combine graham crackers and butter and set aside.
  3. After the yogurt has firmed up, alternate yogurt mixture and graham cracker into a parfait glass and serve.
