Pumpkin & Spice Smoothie Bowl

We are in full fall-mode with this delicious and simple breakfast featuring creamy FAGE Total Greek yogurt, pumpkin, and cinnamon.

10 minutes

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup milk of choice

2 ½ cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided

1 frozen banana, sliced

2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ginger

¼ teaspoon nutmeg


Pumpkin seeds

Coconut granola

Pomegranate arils

Ground cinnamon

  1. Add puree, milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt onto one side of a bowl and the smoothie on the other side.
  3. Repeat for the second bowl. Top with pumpkin seeds, coconut granola, pomegranate arils, and ground cinnamon.
