Ingredients
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup milk of choice
2 ½ cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Toppings:
Pumpkin seeds
Coconut granola
Pomegranate arils
Ground cinnamon

Steps
- Add puree, milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, bananas, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt onto one side of a bowl and the smoothie on the other side.
- Repeat for the second bowl. Top with pumpkin seeds, coconut granola, pomegranate arils, and ground cinnamon.
