2 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain, divided
1 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup chia seeds, extra for garnish
½ cup raspberry compote
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blackberries
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds and whisk together until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Add chia pudding into each bowl. Top with raspberry compote, remaining yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, and chia seeds. Garnish with lavender.
