Strawberry Vanilla Parfait

Ingredients: 1/2 cup strawberries hulled and sliced; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 tablespoon lime juice; 2 cups FAGE Total Blended Vanilla; ½ cup granola; Mint (optional garnish)

A simple breakfast done right with the velvety goodness of FAGE Total Blended Vanilla.

Ingredients

1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 cups FAGE Total Blended Vanilla

½ cup granola

Mint (optional garnish)

Steps

In a small bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and lime juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Assemble parfait by adding ½ cup yogurt to the bottom of the parfait cup. Top with strawberry mixture, remaining yogurt, and granola. Garnish with strawberry and mint.
