Taco Pizza

Ingredients

1-pound premade refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature*

3/4-pound lean ground beef

1 envelope taco seasoning

1 cup refried beans, warmed

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

¼ cup black olives, sliced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

½ cup FAGE Sour Cream

Crushed tortilla chips (optional)

    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain the grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the meat and set aside.
  4. Grease a large pizza pan and stretch the dough to fit the pan.
  5. Spread warmed refried beans evenly to the pizza dough.
  6. Top with salsa, beef, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly and top with lettuce, olives, tomato, FAGE Sour Cream and tortilla chips.
