Ingredients
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature
3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain
1 (8-ounce) Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, shredded
¾ cup hot wing sauce
Salt and pepper
Toppings (optional):
Blue cheese crumbles, parsley, scallion, or chives for garnish
Serve with baguette, celery, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, or tortilla chips

Steps
- Preheat oven to 425degrees Fahrenheit. Line a half sheet with foil and set aside.
- Add cauliflower pieces to the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is roasted.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, yogurt, cheese, hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles, parsley, scallion, or chives, and serve immediately with your choice of vegetables, chips, or bread.
