Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients

1 small head of cauliflower, cut into small florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature

3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

1 (8-ounce) Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, shredded

¾ cup hot wing sauce

Salt and pepper

 

Toppings (optional):

Blue cheese crumbles, parsley, scallion, or chives for garnish

 

Serve with baguette, celery, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, or tortilla chips

    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425degrees Fahrenheit. Line a half sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Add cauliflower pieces to the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is roasted.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, yogurt, cheese, hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
  5. Top with blue cheese crumbles, parsley, scallion, or chives, and serve immediately with your choice of vegetables, chips, or bread.
