Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups carrots, peeled and diced

1 orange, peeled

1 frozen banana, cut in chunks

½ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 tablespoon honey or agave

¼ cup orange juice

Orange slice and mint as garnish (optional)

    Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain if you want a smooth consistency or keep carrot pulp for a thicker consistency.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
