Chai Overnight Oats

5 minutes prep plus overnight chilling

2 heaping cups old fashioned rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 teaspoons chai spice mix*

1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

4 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup

2 cups milk or milk substitute


Optional toppings: granola, chocolate chips, and fruit like strawberries, bananas, blueberries


* Chai spice mixture:

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Add ½ cup of rolled oats into 4 jars. Then add ½ tablespoon of chia seeds into each jar.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of chai spice and ¼ cup of Greek yogurt into each jar. Top with 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ cup of milk in each jar.
  3. Cover the jar with a lid and shake the jar to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings.
