Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Calling all chocolate lovers! A chocolate treat with a protein boost that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 large avocado, peeled and pitted

1 cup FAGE Total 5% or BestSelf Plain

½ cup chocolate chips (or lactose free chocolate chips), melted

2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Chocolate chips/shavings for garnish

Mint sprigs

    Steps
  1. Add avocado, Greek yogurt (at room temperature), melted chocolate, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide into bowls and serve right away, or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker consistency.
  3. Garnish with extra Greek yogurt, chocolate, and mint.
