Ingredients

Green Smoothie

1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup coconut water, plus more as needed

⅓ cup FAGE Total 0%

1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 cup frozen mango chunks

½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

Strawberry & Cherry Smoothie

¾ cup frozen cherries

¾ cup frozen strawberries 

1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 cup almond milk, plus more as needed

⅓ cup FAGE Total 0%

    Steps
  1. Add spinach, coconut water, and FAGE Total Greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until the spinach is broken down.
  2. Add in the frozen fruit and continue blending until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as necessary until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  3. Add all ingredients for the second smoothie to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, as necessary, until the smoothie reaches desired smooth and creamy consistency.
