Berry Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites

Who says you can’t have frozen yogurt for breakfast? You now officially have permission to with these simple frozen yogurt bites filled with fresh fruit and granola.. We’ve taken meal prep to a totally different level here. These are the perfect breakfast option for someone who is busy and always on the go because you can prep these on a Sunday night and have breakfast ready for the whole week! The assembly is quick and you can customize by adding different berries, granola, and seeds depending on what you like. This easy, nutritious breakfast option is something that the whole family will love and the selling point of “eating froyo for breakfast” will get a good breakfast into picky eaters in no time.

Ingredients

1 pint fresh raspberries (or berries of choice)

1 pint fresh blueberries (or berries of choice)

1 ½ cups FAGE Total 0%

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 

1 cup granola or seeds of choice 

    Steps
  1. Transfer half of the blueberries and raspberries to a large mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until broken down.
  2. Fold in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and maple syrup or honey until well combined.
  3. Evenly divide the granola among the cups of a 24-cup mini muffin tin (about 2 teaspoons per cup), followed by the Greek yogurt mixture.
  4. Top each cup with the remaining fresh berries.
  5. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until frozen through, about 4-5 hours, or overnight. Remove from the molds and enjoy!
