Mixed Berry Yogurt Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature

1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, or 5%, at room temperature

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Toppings:

Granola

Strawberries

Raspberries

Blackberries

Mint for garnish

    Steps
  1. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powered sugar, and lemon juice to a food processor and pulse to combine.
  2. Alternate layers of cheesecake filling with granola and mixed berries in a serving glass. Garnish with mint.
