No-Bake Peanut Butter & Coconut Bites

½ cup smooth peanut butter or nut butter of your choice

¼ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, or 5% or BestSelf Plain

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup flaxseed meal

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

¾ cup coconut flakes, toasted

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey.
  2. Add oats, flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hands and form into a ball.
  4. Roll the balls in the coconut flakes and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
