1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

¼ cup canned pumpkin puree

¼ teaspoon cinnamon, more for garnish

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

 

Topping options:

Granola

Pumpkin seeds

Almond or pumpkin butter, slightly melted

    Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Top with your favorite granola, seeds, and nut butters.
