Strawberry Spinach Salad with Yogurt Balsamic Dressing

Pairing Greek yogurt with fresh seasoning adds just enough “zing” to instantly upgrade any salad.

½ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain

2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

16-ounces fresh baby spinach

2 cups, strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced

2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

4-ounces feta, crumbled (optional)

¼ cup pickled red onions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vinegar, oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, avocado, cucumbers, almonds, feta, and onions.
  3. Drizzle on yogurt balsamic dressing and serve immediately.
