Ingredients
½ medium cucumber, peeled and deseeded
1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra-virgin olive oil for garnish
Serve with toasted pita chips

Steps
- Place a cheesecloth over a medium bowl and grate the cucumber over the cheese cloth. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for 15-30 minutes to firm up the dip.
- Top the tzatziki with olive oil and serve with toasted pita bread.
