Cannoli Dip

1 ½ cups whole milk ricotta, drained

4-ounce cream cheese, at room temperature

¼ cup FAGE Sour Cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini chocolate chips


Serve with cannoli chips, waffle cone pieces, graham crackers, or strawberries.

  1. Beat ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla extract and beat for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and serve with your cannoli chips, waffle cones, or fruit.
