Cheeseburger Dip


1 tablespoon olive oil

1-pound lean ground beef

3 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

8-ounces cream cheese, softened

8-ounces shredded cheddar

½ cup FAGE Sour Cream 



1 cup lettuce, shredded

½ cup tomatoes, diced

¼ cup red onions, diced

¼ cup dill pickles, chopped

Serve with bread, tortilla chips, potato chips

  1. Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium heat and add oil. Add the beef and crumble it apart. Cook until the meat has turned brown.
  2. Drain excess oil with a paper towel.
  3. Add tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, garlic and onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, and sour cream. Cook until the cheddar starts bubbling on the sides. Remove from heat.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and pickles right before serving. Serve with bread or your favorite chips.
