Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
8-ounces cream cheese, softened
8-ounces shredded cheddar
½ cup FAGE Sour Cream
Toppings:
1 cup lettuce, shredded
½ cup tomatoes, diced
¼ cup red onions, diced
¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
Serve with bread, tortilla chips, potato chips

Steps
- Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium heat and add oil. Add the beef and crumble it apart. Cook until the meat has turned brown.
- Drain excess oil with a paper towel.
- Add tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, garlic and onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, and sour cream. Cook until the cheddar starts bubbling on the sides. Remove from heat.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and pickles right before serving. Serve with bread or your favorite chips.
