Creamy BLT Sour Cream Pasta Salad

6-8 servings

12 ounces pasta, cooked to package directions and cooled

10 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

3 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 ½ cups cherry tomato, cut in half

1 small red onion, chopped


Dressing Ingredients:

½ cup FAGE Sour Cream

½ cup Ranch dressing

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, ranch dressing, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over salad and toss.
