Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup FAGE Sour Cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 bunch scallions, thinly-sliced, whites and greens separated
Crusty bread, tortilla chips, crackers and/or crunchy veggies, for serving

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese using a rubber spatula until lightened and fluffy.
- Fold in the FAGE Sour Cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, lemon juice, cajun seasoning, and salt until well combined.
- Using a rubber spatula, mix in the crab and scallion whites and light green parts (reserving the dark green parts for topping).
- Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and top with the reserved ¼ cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until warmed through and the cheese is bubbling.
- If desired, increase the oven temperature to broil and broil on the upper oven rack until the cheese is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes more.
- Let cool slightly before serving alongside breads, chips, crackers, and crunchy veggies!
