¾ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain
3 medium eggs
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated, more for sprinkling on top

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line an 8x11-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, add yogurt, eggs, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture evenly onto the parchment lined sheet pan and sprinkle the top with additional parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Assemble a sandwich by piling on your favorite sandwich toppings, folding over the bread, and enjoy!
