Lemon Sticky Buns

3 ½ cups self-rising flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking power

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 ½ cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or FAGE BestSelf Plain, at room temperature

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon


3 ½ tablespoons butter, at room temperature

½ cup granulated sugar

4 teaspoons ground cinnamon


2 cups powdered sugar

4 tablespoons FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% or FAGE BestSelf Plain

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray an 8-inch x 11-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, butter, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to flour mixture and mix until dough comes together and is soft and pliable. Set aside.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, make the filling by mixing together butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  6. In a medium size bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, Greek yogurt, butter, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  7. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough a few times and roll dough out to about 12-inch by 16-inches.
  8. Spread filling evenly over the dough. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 even pieces. Place into the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  9. Remove from oven and top with glaze.
