Vanilla Cream Stuffed Dates

¼ cup cream cheese, at room temperature

¼ cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, or 5%

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons honey, plus more for drizzling

12 Medjool dates, pitted and sliced lengthwise

Pistachios, chopped

Pomegranate arils

Honey, for drizzle

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey until well combined.
  2. Spoon or pipe in a heaping tablespoon full of yogurt mixture onto each date.
  3. Top with pistachios, pomegranate arils, and drizzle with honey.
