7-Layer Mediterranean Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup FAGE Sour Cream

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups store-bought hummus

2 cups cucumber, seeded and chopped

2 cups tomato, chopped

1 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup green onions, sliced

 

Serve with:

Pita chips, celery, bell peppers, carrots, or your favorite accoutrements.

    Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Assemble by adding hummus to the bottom of a glass dish, next add the sour cream mixture, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, and top with scallion.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with pita chips or vegetables of your choice.
