BBQ Pulled Pork Dip

Ingredients

1-pound package of cooked pulled pork in BBQ sauce 

1 (8-ounce) cream cheese

1 cup FAGE Sour Cream, divided

1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup frozen corn

1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt

 

Garnish: 

Sour cream, BBQ sauce, sliced jalapeno, chopped red onions, cilantro

    Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pork, cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¾ cup mozzarella, ¾ cup cheddar, corn, and garlic salt.
  3. Pour the dip into a cast iron skillet or an 8-inch round baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar and bake for 20-25 min or until the cheese is bubbling hot. Let sit for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining sour cream and BBQ sauce, jalapeno, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately with chips or vegetables of your choice.
